These terms constitute a legally binding agreement and govern the relationship between shuvo77 and its users. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. These Terms & Conditions apply equally to all users in Bangladesh, regardless of whether they access the platform via mobile app, web browser, or any other means.
These Terms & Conditions were last updated in January 2026, and any subsequent changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Users are responsible for visiting this page regularly to stay informed of any updates. Minors — individuals under the age of 18 — are not permitted to use this platform, and by registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. shuvo77 may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend any account where satisfactory proof is not provided.
Account Creation, Verification & Security
To create an account on shuvo77, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account using false or incomplete information is a direct breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account termination. Each individual may only operate a single account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Your account details must match the information on your national ID card or passport.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, whether or not it was authorized by you. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify the shuvo77 support team immediately. Enabling Two-Factor Authentication is strongly recommended to keep your account secure.
As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, shuvo77 may request identity verification documents at any time. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, withdrawal access may be suspended. All verification data is stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
User Responsibilities & Code of Conduct
While using the shuvo77 platform, you are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Respectful conduct toward other users is mandatory — harassment, abusive language, and threats of any kind are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or exploit the platform's systems through unauthorized means will result in immediate account termination. Using bots, scripts, or automated software to conduct betting or gaming activities is strictly forbidden.
Bonus and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim them repeatedly through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being voided and may lead to permanent account closure. The shuvo77 platform is intended for personal entertainment only, not commercial resale. Placing bets on behalf of third parties or managing other people's funds through your account is strictly prohibited.
If fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal financial transaction is detected on the platform, shuvo77 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities and freeze the associated balance. Users are encouraged to game responsibly and to set their own spending limits.
Payments, Transactions & BDT Policy
All financial transactions on shuvo77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Transactions made using third-party payment methods or someone else's account are strictly prohibited and will be considered void. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set on the platform and are subject to change.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days. Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be made. Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which are clearly stated in each offer's details. shuvo77 reserves the right to reclaim any funds credited to an account in error due to a technical fault.
If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for security purposes and additional verification documents may be requested. For any payment disputes or complaints, users are advised to contact the shuvo77 support team — all complaints will be resolved as promptly as possible. Any account under a chargeback or payment reversal request will remain under investigation until the matter is settled.
Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
Shuvo77 makes every effort to keep its platform running smoothly and without interruption, but we are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by technical issues, internet disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. shuvo77 bears no responsibility for losses arising from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives. Any information displayed on the platform is for informational purposes only and should not under any circumstances be treated as financial advice.
In the event of a dispute over game results, shuvo77's server logs and system records shall serve as the final and conclusive evidence. The first step in dispute resolution is to contact the support team directly — most complaints are resolved within 48 to 72 hours. Both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through discussion before pursuing any legal action. shuvo77 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from a user's bets, and under no circumstances will compensation exceed the total amount deposited by the user.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Matters
All content on the shuvo77 platform — including logos, brand names, designs, software code, graphics, text, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of shuvo77. No part of this material may be reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Any attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform constitutes a violation of intellectual property law and may result in legal action. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal and non-commercial use only, which may be revoked at any time.
Shuvo77 may have partnerships with third-party game providers or service providers on the platform. These third parties have their own terms of use and privacy policies, for which shuvo77 is not responsible. It is the user's responsibility to review the relevant terms before using any third-party service or content. shuvo77 does not guarantee the quality or accuracy of any third-party content displayed on the platform. Any disputes arising from third-party services must be resolved directly with the relevant party.
When users upload or share any content on the platform, shuvo77 automatically receives a non-exclusive license to use that content. If any uploaded content infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party, full liability rests with the user. shuvo77 reserves the right to remove any content that is offensive, unlawful, or defamatory without prior notice.
Changes to Terms, Account Closure & Governing Law
Shuvo77 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance via their registered email address or through the platform's notification section. Continued use of the platform following any published changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Users who do not agree to the updated terms may request account closure and will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance.
Shuvo77 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent or deceptive conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, or prolonged inactivity. Where possible, users will be notified before an account is closed; however, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations. Any valid balance in a closed account will be returned after verification is complete, though balances may be forfeited if the closure is due to a breach of terms. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts after 12 months.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Bangladesh, and both parties agree to submit to that jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The Bengali version of these Terms & Conditions shall be considered the authoritative text and shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
